Seaweed Oil Control Styling Primer for Fine Hair

I’ve tested this primer for a couple weeks and I love it. I once fell asleep after showering and my hair was a mess when I woke up, I was able to just re-wet it and use this product. My waves looked good as new after a quick styling!! It really helps keep my waves looking like a flat, oily mess, I’ve never had my day 3 waves look so good! My hair is also easily weighed down and this product has not been a problem at all. My only mild complaint is the smell, and it’s not anything awful. I don’t love it but I don’t find it lingers in my hair and it isn’t very strong, it would be easily covered by a hair perfume if that was your concern! Really wanted the product to work but couldn’t find a way to make it work for me. I tried the spray on damp vs. dry scalp and it either made no difference or made my hair feel oilier. I also tried air drying vs. using a blow dryer and it didn’t help. I split my hair down the middle and used the product on one side and no products on the other side and literally saw no difference or my hair looked oiler. I don’t know if I’m not using it right but I didn’t see results that the product claims. The only thing I liked was the scent and the nozzle sprays a fine mist. (In my pic: left side I used the product and my hair is oily/clumping vs the right side which felt and looks clean). The only way I could control my oily hair was to use dry shampoo between washes. It did not leave my hair feeling soft or looking chic though. After regularly using the Bumble and Bumble styling primer my hair did a 180. It looks sleek, my hair feels softer, and my scalp gets less oily. I highly recommend this product to anyone dealing with oily scalp issues. Bye, bye dry shampoo!
