SurrealSkin® Luminous Hydrating Foundation

Would not recommend to anyone with textured or dry skin. It's not terrible, but I think there's better out there.

I absolutely love this foundation! It sits beautifully on my skin and looks so natural and flawless. It’s especially great for dry and combination skin. My skin looks smooth, fresh, and healthy, and I’m honestly so happy with it. Highly recommend!

The first one I purchased was great at first, but when it came to summertime it made my skin look so oily! I ordered a second one and the separation inside the bottle is insane! I’ve been shaking it for 5 min and it won’t blend.

I have moderate rosacea and this gives me great coverage. I also have had issues in the past with foundations pilling as the day goes on, but I walked around Manhattan on a hot and humid summer day and this did not budge, pull or streak. Highly recommend!

There must have been a reformulation, this is now greasy, thin, watery and horrible now. I’ve repurchased many times and will look for a new product now.

I’ve been using this foundation for years and I truly loved it at first but over time I’ve noticed it’s too oily for my normal/combo skin. I only get 2-3 hour in the day before I start to look like I dunked my face into a grease fryer. It also settles into my fine lines/wrinkles even when I set it after immediately applying it. The formula is nice when applying it but it only gets greasier over time. I recently switched to a drug store brand and find that it last me twice as long as Mario’s foundation. Please create a matte or satin finish! My skin doesn’t need to look anymore “dewy” then it already does.

I've tried just about every foundation out there, and this will always be top 3 for me - as a MUA and makeup junkie. It's my longest wearing foundation (with a good setting powder), even though it isn't labeled as a long wear. it is very thick, and I'd call this full, not medium coverage. I apply it with a dump blender and it gives flawless coverage everytime. Even though it's full, it still has a very much skin look. Just a beautiful product. Does need to good shake everytime before you use it, but honestly you should be doing that with all foundations anyway.

While spring cleaning today, came across this foundation, Makeup by Mario Hydrating Foundation in 8N. I thought the shade was dark for me but now that summer’s coming, I gave it another try and, I’m in love with this foundation. This will be my summer staple. I love the tone and she sheen. IIt evens my skin tone out and I look like a had a very expensive laser or facial done. My skin looks healthy and glowy. I love, live, love this It also feels very comfortable for my dry skin. All the way, 5 stars!

I absolutely LOVE everything about this foundation and hope nothing ever changes about it. It applies like a dream and wears well with others. Perfection!

This foundation is good coverage, for me its full just use 2 pumps and all face done, this is exact my shade.
