barrier+ Triple Lipid Brightening Eye Cream

I've ordered this eye cream multiple times and like it, but when my most recent order came, there was barely anything inside and what was there looked oily and transparent. It is usually full and a creamy white. I'm returning it, but now wondering how to ensure I get the good version of the product. Checking the reviews, I see that I'm not the only one this has happened to over the past few years. The company and/or Sephora need to figure out why this is happening.

I like this product but for some crazy reason it comes either half the product dried or half empty. I have now order 2 of this and both have been delivered half empty. Very disappointed. It’s not a cheap product.

I really like this product but for the price I was shocked that it was half empty this time. It definitely was not the 15 ml.

The SkinFix Triple Lipid Brightening Eye Cream causes severe sensitivity for me. on application, it burns pretty badly, and causes stinging and redness. Overnight, my eyelids and undereyes become really sensitive and swollen, and I develop red bumps all over, but particularly on the undereye area. Not for me, and would not recommend.

I’ve been using the Skinfix barrier+ Triple Lipid Brightening Eye Cream in my morning routine, and it’s been such a great addition. It’s lightweight yet still deeply nourishing, and it gives my under-eye area a brighter, smoother look without feeling greasy. My eyes look more awake and refreshed, even on tired mornings. I truly believe some of the negative reviews may come from people using the product incorrectly. You only need a rice-sized amount for both eyes, a little goes a long way. When applied correctly, it absorbs beautifully and doesn’t feel heavy. I also like to use my Dieux silicone eye patches after applying my skincare products (before my final moisturizing cream), and I find it really helps everything absorb and feel extra smoothing under the eyes. For me, it’s hydrating, brightening, and supportive for fine lines. Definitely staying in my routine.

Less than half full when I brought it home. Looked at the reviews to find this was the case for many but I decided to try it anyways. I only used it 2 times as it burned the skin around my eyes, I have very sensitive skin around my eyes and eczema around them not sure if this is just something my skin needed to get used to but I decided with the burning and the quality of product that I wanted to return it. I tried to return it but they said it was “too empty” to return which is the state I bought it in. The manager showed me a new one and the texture was very different and it was full. Mine came very watery like a completely different texture to the new one I was shown at the store. This product is very expensive and I feel like I got scammed and am now out $80 after taxes. I just wanted a good hydrating eye cream.

I actually love how this product works - it really moisturizes and brightens my under eyes. The 3 stars is for the packaging. I’ve purchased this online and in store at least 5 times now, and each time, there is some issue with the quality of the product. Most times, as others have mentioned, it’s only half full and looks like it’s been opened or tampered with. Once, it looked like mold was growing inside of it. I’m torn because I really like the product but taking a chance each time I buy it (taking chance on if I’ll have to return it and if I’ll get some kind of infection from a tampered with product) has kept me from purchasing again.

I wasn’t expecting much from this, having tried pretty much all the eye creams out there. This definitely helps to plump the crepey under-eye area and reduces darkness significantly. Didn’t do anything for upper lid, but that’s only really fixable with a bleph or C02.

Haven’t used it long enough to see effects. I like the consistency, like a thick gel. But for the price the container should have more product. It came half empty (see image)
