I just purchased this palette a few weeks ago & its beautiful, but the highlight arrived broken/cracked. I plan on repressing it even though I know it won't look the same😔 Despite that issue, I know the product will still be fabulous when I try it out.
I LOVE ND and the palettes, but I wish they were sold in separates so they could be popped in a planner or z-palette.
I really enjoy using this palette more than I thought I would. I find myself using it daily. I own about 40 eye palettes and this for me has everything I need. Highly recommend.
Unfortunately product was shrunk in packaging. Although this was disappointing the colors are beautiful

I love the shadows. Blendable. Color payoff is great and the shimmer is beautiful. I took two stars off because the highlighter fell out while and broke. For this price point that shouldn’t happen.
I absolutely love Natasha Denona and have so many products that are great, but the quality of thw blush here is very dry and hard to blend. Does not go on well. the matte eyeshadows are okay but the shimmer and glitters are dry and have a lot of fallout on the face.
This palette is BEAUTIFUL! However, I ordered two and the top right pan (gold highlight) came shattered in both. I contacted customer service and they sent me both replacements at no charge. Those two also came shattered unfortunately, which is why I'm rating the palette 4 out of 5 stars, otherwise it definitely would have gotten 5 stars! I'd recommend buying this product in store and opening it before heading home just to make sure.
this palette is gorgeous but i have already done an exchange once because the highlighter was broken --- the only pan that was damaged. i appreciate Natasha Denona's quality so i am not sure what happened with this palette.
