I wanted to love this product so much! I’d heard good things about it from friends. Unfortunately, it caused me a small rash on different parts of my face. It’s taken a bit to heal, very sad.
what a great product!!!! I accidentally burned my face w facial hair remover. I used this product to help soothe my burn. & within a matter of 3-4 days my skin was restored. I was literally shocked. Highly recommend!
This is an absolute staple in my routine. I’ve gone through 2 of the big guys, one refill pouch, a couple mini spray bottles, and will always have some in stock. I use it morning and night and prefer it in the spray format. Nice and lightweight, not greasy, no scent. Easy to pat into the skin after spraying it on. Layers nicely with other skincare and my makeup. Recently I’ve been experiencing hair loss and intense scalp irritation from chemotherapy, and I started misting this on my scalp too, and this is the only thing it has tolerated and is keeping things calm and under control. I love this stuff.

Great product. Horrible packaging. Please change the bottle or lid of the bottle!!!!!! It sits right side up and still somehow leaks, all over the bottle.
I wanted to love this product and I really did at first but the poor packaging outweighs the product by far. You lose so much product just by the way it pours out and just last night when I went to unscrew the cap, the piece underneath also unscrewed and half of the product dumped out all over me before I had a chance to even notice.
Sincerely, nothing compared to the previous hydrating toner. It is really a downgrade and less moisturizing. While I am a diehard Laneige fan, I can't get behind this one. I really did want to love it.
