Bye Bye Under Eye Bags Daytime Treatment for Eye Bags, Puffiness and Crepey Skin

The chemical smell of the Bye Bye Under Eye Bags Treatment is so strong and unpleasant that I cannot imagine putting this product on my skin, let alone anywhere near my eyes. The best way I can describe it is a combination of strong glue and something you would expect to put in a car engine rather than on your face. I contacted IT Cosmetics because I was genuinely concerned about the product and even suggested that the issue might warrant investigation or a recall. Instead of feeling that my concern was taken seriously, I felt completely dismissed. What was particularly frustrating was being told, “should you wish to try the product again, we invite you to place a new order at your convenience.” After raising a concern about the smell and safety of a product intended for use around the eyes, suggesting that I simply purchase it again was an incredibly disappointing response. Between the product itself and the way my concern was handled, I have completely lost confidence in IT Cosmetics. I would not purchase this product again and certainly would not recommend spending your money on it.

Packaging is awful. It's one of those tubes that keeps dispensing product after you stop pushing on it. Definitely don't travel with it, you'll lose half the tube. Product works alright but I am scared to open it to use it because you can't put the lid back on without making a mess and wasting product.

I've been using this for a few days days... The first day I used it I could see & feel a difference. First of all it felt wonderful on my eye area. It's very soothing & within a few minutes my eye lid & under eye, including crows feet were smoother! It has been great for my skin. This product works very well.
