This review is for packing only. I haven’t gotten the chance to even try the product because the bottle comes empty every time. I have had this product shipped three times. Every time the bottle comes empty and has leaked out in the box. I really wanted to try this product but haven’t been able to yet.
I took the bottle out of the box and it was only 1/4 of the way full!
I purchased the anti-breakage peptide serum from Sephora and when I received it, the bottle felt oily and was only half full. I thought that there must be some mistake so I returned it to Sephora and they helped me order a new bottle which came the same way.It appears that you only get half a bottle of serum for $45! I wish I could comment on the effectiveness of the serum but I’m so disappointed in the receiving, only half a bottle full. Whether or not it works, I will not be ordering it again. Bottle appeared a little more than half full and product separated. This was a waste for me, but hope it works for others.
The one star is for the half empty bottle I received. Upon emailing the brand, they candidly let me know that on receiving multiple complaints they identified under filled stock and pulled it. But neglected to check or pull Sephora stock. Then they suggested I avail their upcoming Black Friday sale to buy another one as this should not happen again. Well since I’m traveling neither can I return my Sephora order nor can I avail of that sale. Not to mention this whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth. This is especially disappointing because I’m a fan of the products and their efficacy. Wish the quality control especially with Sephora stock was better, or what is the point even in being at Sephora??
I should have listened to the reviews. The bottle arrived 25% filled. What a joke to charge so much money for a sample size amount. I returned it immediately. Someone should get to the bottom of this problem. Ridiculous!
Won’t be ordering again unless they start fixing cheating the customer of product, but still charging the full price tag. Love the product itself, but this is the second time the bottle has arrived half empty. Told Sephora which I doubt they do anything until people stop purchasing this item
I think the product works good/ok, but its so hard to say when the bottle came like this. There is so much missing! So I used it sparingly. But I think it’s way too expensive to buy again if that’s all there is.
Regardless of the fact that I do like the product, the manufacturer only fills the bottles just over half way. My first order, Sephora sent a replacement. The second bottle had the same issue, that’s when I knew it was a manufacturer issue. Either sell a smaller size full at the right price or fill the size up that you already sell. I can’t give business to S&K until they correct this.
This serum has become a necessity in my hair care routine! I use it religiously as it strengthens my hair and de-frizzes it!
