Vital Hydra Solution™ Water Cream Glow Moisturizer with Hyaluronic Acid

I have a super sensitive skin - It stinged and gave a burning feeling once applied. I don't know how long it will take for my skin to recover from this. when I searched on Google some of the Dr. jart vital hydra products have FDA warnings in some countries. I would give negative 10 for this product .

Works great on my dry and sensitive skin. I always look like a glazed donut after using :) I would definitely purchase this again. The scent is nice is not overpowering

really loved this at first- felt cooling, no breakouts, nothing. then- the pilling. i thought it was my niacinimide causing the pilling, until i wore this by itself. sad, because it felt so good at first. three stars because it doesn’t pull every time i use it.

This is a staple in my skincare routine. Not only does it moisturize well but it is relatively neutral in scent and the texture is silky. Also it absorbs into the skin really well and isn’t sticky. Price is very reasonable too!

Using this moisturizer saved my sensitive skin! I used to be so acne prone with combination skin, but I stopped using a salicylic acid based cleanser and started using this moisturizer and I barely get any acne now. This moisturizer feels so good on my skin, I usually avoid fragrance in skincare but I love the subtle scent and it doesn’t bother my skin at all. I usually don’t trust expensive skincare but this is so worth it.

I wanted to like it but it is very sticky and formed a white globs when I layered with serums.

This is my first Holy Grail moisturizer! Best thing I’ve ever bought from Sephora. I have dry, sensitive skin and most moisturizers marketed as “hydrating” cause me to breakout, but this product leaves my skin clear and healthy. I use it AM + PM, and a nickle-sized amount is all I need right now in the summer.

The texture is a lightweight gel-cream that absorbs quickly without leaving a sticky residue. The formula is built around what the brand calls the Hydro Plump System. First, hyaluronic acid, which attracts and holds moisture. Second, PENTAVITIN (Saccharide Isomerate), a patented ingredient derived from carbohydrates naturally found in human skin. It binds to structures in the outer layer of the skin and helps retain moisture at the surface for up to 72 hours. Third, SJC-GG, a complex of glyceryl glucoside, glycerin, and water, which supports aquaporins, the protein channels involved in transporting water through skin cells. In simple terms, it helps support the skin's natural water-transport system rather than simply adding moisture to the surface. Together, these ingredients work on different aspects of skin hydration, which helps explain the brand's claim of a 130% increase in moisture. The brand also claims that a single application increased glow by 65% and skin plumpness by 45%. That said, it's worth noting that the 130% hydration figure comes from a small clinical test involving 32 women after a single application. It doesn't mean the cream hydrates 2.3 times better than other moisturizers. It simply means that a particular measurement showed a 130% increase from the participants' baseline. Impressive-sounding, but best taken with a grain of salt. My honest impression: it's a good daily hydrator. I've seen reviews on Sephora comparing the effect to Botox, but personally, I didn't notice any miracles. Yes, my skin is well hydrated and plump, but this is still a moisturizer, not Botox in a jar. It won't replace Botox injections, retinoids, or other actives.

I really wanted to love this because it was so expensive, but it really didn't hydrate or perform that well. I found it kind of burned after putting it on. I developed patches beside my nose of dry skin and my forehead felt flaky. if I used it before bed I woke up looking dull, if I applied it in the morning it make my skint tint pill and my bronzer look cakey and unblended.

Left my skin with clogged pores and a lot of tightness.
