I wanted to love this but I found it didn’t apply very well. I had to reapply a few times to get it to look black. The tip seemed almost dry? The waterproof part is accurate though!
Goes on well but nothing spectacular. Pigment is good. It has mild transfer from my water line application.
I like the consistency of the eyeliner, goes on very smooth and pigmented. My biggest issue is with the packaging. When I was putting on the eyeliner I put the cap on the end of the pencil. I tried taking it off and the whole end piece and sharpener came off and are now stuck inside the cap. I have no idea how I can get them out. The other issue I have is how the liner is not retractable. It comes out fine, but you can't retract the liner back into the pencil. I went too far when trying to get out more eyeliner and now it's stuck and I can't retract it. I ended up breaking it off and now I'm stuck with a bunch of excess eyeliner I can't put back. It's a shame the packaging is so terrible because I do like the consistency of the gel.
I loved this eyeliner and bought it several times, however, I noticed the inner plastic part would get stuck in the cap rendering the cap unusable as it can no longer fit back on the eyeliner and it dries out. My final straw was my most recent purchase when the cap broke on the first use, drying out the rest of the liner and rendering the whole thing unusable. For this price point the cap should almost never break off, and certainly shouldn't be having this defect on every item. Disappointing.
I wanted to like it but it smudged so bad it basically went away from the eye line and you look like a raccoon. Glides on easy and color is bold but doesn’t last

Loved this eyeliner!! Unfortunately the packaging/pencil itself is cheaply made. Top part broke off when I took the cap off, whole thing fell apart. :(
Okay, let me just say, this is an all in one. You can do wings, top lid, water line, smudging, and it sticks WELL.
I love this eyeliner! It's easy to use and long wearing. My only complaint is that I feel like this only lasts a few uses
I have and love several Rare Beauty products, the liquid blush is one of my staples. Decided to try this and was initially pleased - the brown is great for day looks. But after a few applications it seems like the product dried out and it’s much more difficult to apply. Don’t think I’ll be buying again unfortunately.
