My reasoning for 3 ⭐️’s is, yes it most definitely toned down the brassy(ness) but unfortunately it did dry my hair out so, so much that it feels like a birds nest. Just disappointed in general 😞

I use this with the shampoo. I wanted to try something new, so I switched to this from using Verb, and I regret that decision. I have natural blonde hair that changes in lightness throughout the seasons, getting to platinum during the summer months. This stuff DYES MY HAIR AND SCALP PURPLE. Like to the point where I have been asked "did you dye your hair purple." It darkens my hair, it makes my hair so dull looking, and I hate it so much. I don't know how anyone with platinum blonde hair is using this and not getting actual purple in their hair. Maybe because I'm using both the shampoo and conditioner, it looks like this, but I will not be buying this again, do not recommend this at all

While it does tone, it does absolutely nothing for moisture or detangling. It left my hair feeling dry, tangled, and frizzy — worse than before I used it. It was really hard to brush through, and my hair felt rough and brittle afterward. Overall, a terrible experience. Definitely wouldn’t recommend if your hair needs hydration or smoothness.
I love this conditioner. I only use it about twice a month, and it keeps my blond highlights bright and beautiful. Some have complained about it staining - I have no idea how - it rinses off my white marble, white tile, and white grout shower area with zero effort, and it rinses off my hands and nails just as easily. It is very concentrated - so I only leave it on my hair for 2 minutes. Leaves my hair beautiful, bouncy and soft - like I just got out of the salon. I don't using a toning shampoo - this conditioner does the job of brightening all on it's own! Fantastic.
Used when I ran out of No. 5. Absolutely awful in the shower, hair immediately felt dry and tangled. Used my after shampooing leave in of No. 6, No. 9, then the oil, no. 7. Hair still felt very dry. Had to re-shampoo with good conditioner because I was afraid to apply heat.
If you are blonde, your hair will dye purple because of this !!! Beware! How am I supposed to go to work with purple hair.
