Ordered a sample of this as part of another purchase, but have now ordered the full size version as I was blown away by this serum! Living in Alberta, with its cold, dry winters and hard water, my hair has really taken a hit over the past few years - constant split ends, breakage, hair feeling like straw and looking dull, lifeless and frizzy. I have tried all kinds of shampoos, conditioners, treatments, masks, etc. but nothing has made any kind of significant difference... until now. I actually (accidentally) used this serum after blow-drying and styling my hair to try and seal the ends and put some moisture back in (only subsequently realising that this is supposed to be a rinse-out product...oops!) BUT my hair loved it nonetheless! It soaked up the serum instantly (no grease, no residue, no tangling, no stickiness) and my ends FINALLY feel soft and moisturised! I have fine, slightly longer than shoulder-length hair, and after splitting my hair down the middle, use one drop on each side from mid-length to ends. I've only been using it for a couple of days, but it's really made a difference to the look and feel of my hair - hopefully longer-term use will help keep the ends healthy and hydrated and prevent / reverse and further damage 🤞🏻 Will also probably keep using it as a post-styling product (rather than rinse out) as this is definitely working for me. Recommend!

The smell AMAZING. This is the best smelling hair product I’ve ever used. I don’t understand how people don’t like it. L’Oreal please never change the scent I would buy a perfume of this scent as for the product itself.. I love it. I use it every shower and my hair is so soft.

I applied L’Oreal Professionnel Flex Blowdry in the morning before styling, and it made my blowout smooth, bouncy, and long-lasting. The lightweight texture didn’t make my hair greasy, and the subtle, fresh scent made the application feel luxurious.

I love how this serum strengthens my fragile hair. I immediately saw results. My hair looks healthier! The smell doesn’t bother me but if it did I would still use it to achieve the results.
After using this product once, it turned my platinum highlights brown. A little warning would've been nice.
After using this product and shampoo my hair still feels oily!!
Outside of this having a weird straw like feeling on my hair and the scent being very strong, it made a huge difference in my fine hair after one use. I paired it with the mask. What a difference it made!! Soft and shiny!
Do not buy from sephora if you use a mail forwader service. Your money is very well received but damages like this are not resolved.
This is not a detangled, conditioner, creme rinse - it is a chemical repair to the hair shaft. So it will NOT, on its own, leave your hair soft and supple. So use a conditioner and/or hair mask afterwards. But I can feel the difference in the strength and texture of my hair. Not wild about the scent, but it doesn't linger.
