Great for naturally curly hair.
Fantastic for curly hair. I don’t recommend for thin or straight hair. Tried on my husband, he has thin loose curly hair, it ended up being greasy for him. BUT Great against Southern heat and humidity for 3B-3C hair. I also traveled the Hawaii with this and my hair was amazing every single day I only used this product. I do have heat damage from blow drying and flat ironing. You wouldn’t be able to tell though this mask is great.

If I could give this product 0 stars, I would. I'm big on hair care and have tried many products from different brands, so trust me when I say this is the worst product I've tried yet. I usually love Ouai, but this product is not worth it.
I tried it yesterday and put the recommended amount in my hair (pea-sized amount of product). When I was trying to blow-dry it, it wouldn't dry because of how greasy it was! I had to rewash my hair three times, even using a detox shampoo, and I still feel it in my hair today.

The Smell??!
How is no one talking about the strong perfume smell. I poured it in to my hand and hesitated to put it in my hair, I should have went with my instincts. I like nice clean smelling products, this is not that. This smells like that one elder family member's perfume, the one you hold your breath to hug. It gave me the biggest migraine, I had to wash my hair after and even used a hair mask to try and get this odor out of my hair. My own hair was giving me a headache all day. Im glad it was only a sample size.

the only thing that tames my frizz
i don’t know how people are hating on this honestly 😭 this is the only thing i’ve ever tried that gets rid of my frizz!!! i have wavy coarse strands of hair. i’ve never tried a rinse out gloss before so im interested to see how this compares to Amika or the others but a leave in conditioner could never do what this does! i’m using a sample but may have to buy the full size because my hair looks so much better when using this.
