This is my favourite night time barrier cream! I use this when skin cycling on days 3 & 4. Thick and creamy. It really holds all your other products in, and provides a great "barrier" through the night so your skin feels hydrated and plump in the morning! Love drunk elephant and their clean products. Will buy again and again.
I’ve gone through at least 6 jars of this moisturizer and just purchased another. My skin is extremely sensitive and dry as I’m in my 40’s. I get the occasional breakout but less often since I’ve been using this product as it keeps my skin calm and less reactive. As far as issues with pilling under makeup, I’ve never experienced this. I found the key is to emulsify it between my fingers and then pat it on my face before rubbing it in letting it sit for a few mintues before applying my makeup. I use this as my eye cream as well and it’s never irritated my ocular rosacea. 10/10 would recommend for those with more mature and/or sensitive skin.
Just unreal. I’ve been so skeptical after reading the mixed reviews, but decided to try it when it was on sale. Just a few nights in of applying it on my suddenly crepey eyelids did wonders of moisturizing them, and naturally I started applying the cream on my face too! It is pretty rich so it goes a long way, and I only use it at night. My skin feels much more moisturized these days and I’m so glad I purchased this!
Nice and thick, feels luxurious going on. However, doesn’t last until morning if you use it as a night cream. Get Dr. Jart Ceramidin instead.
I really liked this moisturizer! I have dry skin and need something hydrating, so this did the job well. My skin felt hydrated and the product had no added strong scents. Overall I liked it and will use it in my daily routine.

Been searching for years for one that is truly moisturizing, doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin, and doesn’t cause breakouts. Did wonders for my red, irritated cheeks. It is thick to spread on its own but I always mix with a serum and it’s fine.

This has been one of the best moisturizers I have ever tried. My skin looks so supple and clear and I have sensitive acne prone skin. I was worried it was too thick but my skin loves it! Truly my holy grail moisturizer!!!
This is one of the worst moisturizers I have ever used in my life. It is so thick and glue-like- very hard to rub into skin. But the worst part was the burning and immediate breakout and red skin. This moisturizer is supposed to be soothing to dry skin?? Ha! The last thing my drug sensitive skin needed was to have this horrible crap irritating it. Avoid this garbage if you have sensitive skin.
