This is a supercharged serum packed into a lightweight format. You get substantial benefits without any heaviness or greasiness. It is transparent and has a jelly-like consistency that quickly absorbs into the skin. It immediately provides a dewy radiance as well as nourishment and bounce. It layers well underneath moisturizer and SPF, never causing any pilling. The slight tackiness helps it serve as the perfect base for makeup, eliminating the usual patchiness that I experience due to my dry skin. With my skin also being considered sensitive, I appreciate that it has no scent and is formulated with gentle ingredients that don't irritate or redden my face.

This Moisture Boost Plumping Serum has a thin gel-like consistency that applies easily, and I found that one pump is enough to sufficiently distribute over my entire face. It does have a slightly tacky texture after applying, but it does go away once it has fully absorbed and then it feels comfortable on my skin. I was excited to try it with ingredients like snow mushroom and red algae that are supposed to support skin hydration and skin barrier. Although I don’t know how to evaluate its effect on the skin barrier, I do feel that it is very moisturizing and leaves my skin feeling hydrated. Another little thing I really appreciated is that it includes guidelines about both when to use the serum and how to use it with other products (what order to apply it, that it can be used with products that contain retinol, vitamin C, etc.). It’s nice to have that info readily available from the brand, especially these days when people often have more involved skincare regiments that involve layering products.

This serum is definitely a high-quality product and delivers on its promises—it hydrates deeply and leaves my skin feeling soft, plump, and refreshed. I’ve noticed a visible improvement in how smooth and bouncy my skin looks, especially in the mornings after using it at night. The texture is lightweight and sinks in quickly, which I really appreciate since I hate anything that feels heavy or greasy. It also layers beautifully with the rest of my skincare routine, and I haven’t had any issues with pilling or irritation. That said, I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 mainly because of the price. $78 for just 1 oz is pretty steep, and while it works well, I do think there are other hydrating serums that come close performance-wise for a bit less. Still, if you’re willing to splurge and want a serum that genuinely hydrates and smooths, this one’s a great option.

This serum is very enjoyable to use as it is not sticky after drying down and since it can be used with actives, retinols and vitamin C, I can easily layer this up in the morning or at nights. It definitely delivers on the promised hydration and the effects are long lasting; I love how my skin looks plump and dewy after use. As a person with oily skin I didn’t think I would enjoy this serum as much but this saved my skin when it was suffering from purging due to strong retinols. The bottle is sleek in a convenient pump packaging and I will for sure use this up! What a great introduction to the brand for me!

Saw the price tag and put it back on the shelf, then I went and looked up the reviews and saw all 5 stars, so I bit the bullet and just went for it and bought it and of course, the price tag makes sense. This is definitely a high quality serum with a luxurious feel. It is expensive and there is only an ounce of products, but I find 2 mini pumps does the job. It's a splurge, but it's worth it in my opinion. Due to the high price point, I only use this product at night so that I can conserve as much product as possible.

After using this plumping product for just a few days, twice a day, I noticed my skin has added moisture and firmness. The product goes on easily and it’s not heavily scented part of central down. This is my first purchase purchase, but it won’t be my last.
