If this worked it would’ve last me forever. It made my lips more dry and felt like I my lips were in the withdrawal from Carmax. So disappointed.
Horrible product. Made my lips so dry that they started to peel. This was only after I’d had the product for a couple of days. I wonder why they discontinued their lip caramel
Made my lips worse. So dry to the point of cracking. I had to use Vaseline to repair the damage this product did. So disappointing.
I bite my lips all the time, so they are often super dry, and I have split lips because of that. with the OINTMENT (which i want to be precise is an ointment), it stays a long time, and it feels hydrating and helping with crevices on my lips. you dont need a lot since it's an ointment. I would definitely recommend for dry flaky lips like mine
My friend that works at Sephora recommended this product and I’m so glad she did! I used it twice during the day and once overnight and my lips are already so much better. I will say the packaging could be improved a little though. It would be nice to have a little applicator end instead of just the hole.
I have loved items from this brand in the past so I purchased this lip rescue. It did not help at all! I applied it at night, expecting an ointment to help with my dry lips from the cold weather. My lips were still dry the next day. I have used it several times with the same result.
LOVE LOVE, I have tried everything from carmex/blistex/lanage.. youname it. This right here fixed my dry lips and dry patches on the sides of my nose/forehead, and after one use, they were softer, and the flakey dryness was gone!!
This reminds me a lot of the old Bite Beauty lip mask that came in a tube (RIP) it definitely has a different texture and consistency and I can see why people aren’t having the best experience with it. I find that this is a great second step for a winter lip routine, I apply my normal lip balm/mask and then I apply this on top of it to seal it in. The thick texture really protects the lips from dying out in the winter winds, so using this to lock in another moisturizing product makes it work extremely well to keep lips from drying out.
I don’t typically write reviews. But I feel compelled to write one for this product to warn fellow beauty lovers to not get this product. I used it twice and it chapped my lips so bad, I’ve never had this happen before. I would give this 0 stars if I could.
