Afterglow Moisturizing Lip Balm with Hyaluronic Acid

I’ve used this for years and have gone through so many tubes. The new one I purchased is not the same. Barely any color or shimmer. Such a disappointment. Will not continue to buy this and will be on the hunt for a new staple

I splurge for this because it truly moisturizes and dives right into my lips rather than sitting on top like a wax film (I hate that) and it’s a little tint of color for a healthy makeup-free natural look. Ireal scent

I loved the old formula of this lip balm, I have it in four shades (Laguna, Fast Lane, Torrid, and Dolce Vita), so imagine my surprise when I notice the reformulated product in-store. First off, where is Wicked Ways? Why have brands become so lazy, no longer making cool-toned pinks, true mauves, and plums? Everything is peachy-pink and brown now. Second, why is a LIP BALM so drying? Above all, who decided it'd be a good idea to reformulate this? This is yet another case of NARS "fixing" something that was never broken. I am severely disappointed. First you ruin your blushes (and yes, you CAN make a good talc-free blush without completely changing the blush shade, if you actually cared to try), now you ruin the lip balms. With how disappointing NARS has become - uncalled-for reformulations and zero innovation - I doubt I'll continue purchasing its products.

I’ve used the original formula every single day for years it was my signature lip shade and the only thing I used to get my tan lips to a nice natural shade of pink. This version is more hydrating but for that you give up the color payoff. I wish they would come out with two versions one with the hyralauronic acid and one without.

I was so excited to use it, as I used the other Nars lip stick/lip balm but hated the texture. I saw this and bought it on the Sephora sale. My lips were drier after using it every time. Ended up returning it.

I love NARS lip balms. The hydration is great and I love the fact the colors are neutral, never loud.

I don’t understand the bad reviews. I think this great and will definitely repurchase. I have a lot of lip balms and I don’t think this underperforms at all. Great hint of color and feels moisturizing.

I haven’t purchased anything from this brand in ages and this lip balm has me back on the NARS train. VERY hydrating and the color is just enough for those light makeup days. Great for every day. I’ll definitely try other shades.

It dried my lips out so much, the opposite of what it is supposed to do. Also; the color is non-existent. Overpriced garbage.

Really pretty color and shiny but does not last long. Won’t order again.
