This is the absolute BEST dry shampoo I’ve used!! Every other one I have used always leaves the white cast, even the ones that claim they don’t leave the white cast. I have dark brown hair. This leaves NO white cast! Absolutely ZERO! Prior to spraying you can visibly see the oiliness and after it is gone and my hair can be styled and has volume!!
I had higher expectations from this dry shampoo, but it didn’t really deliver. It feels very lightweight, which is nice, but the actual effect is basically zero. My hair still looks greasy after using it, even when it’s only slightly oily. It doesn’t give that “clean hair” result you expect from a dry shampoo. For the price, I expected something much more effective. A much better option is Batiste, which is about four times cheaper and actually works. Overall, don’t buy this product. It’s underwhelming and not worth the money.
Excellent dry shampoo! I have VERY thin, fine, oil prone hair. The kind that i have to literally wash every day, and by the end of the day the roots look greasy. Ive spent a small fortune trying every dry shampoo to find one that just helps me extend a wash, doesnt feel grimy or leave a powdery residue (i dont want to leave little white powder finger prints everywhere if i touch my hair). This is IT! no grime or residue, and I can stretch my wash to every other day instead of daily. That said, here is how i use it: After my hair is fully dry after washing, i spray this 8-10 inches away from my scalp, and let it sit for a couple of minutes before working it through with my fingers. I think for me, i need to use dry shampoo on clean hair vs on already dirty hair. Its pretty good on dirty hair too, but not the same result. I only gave 4 stars because of the price and it would be nice if i got the same results on dirty hair.
Did not work at all for my fine, straight hair. It almost made my hair more oily and flat. Does smell nice though! I assume this is made for hair types different than mine.
I've used kerastase dry shampoo and Olaplex is way better. While kerastase feels kinda heavy the Olaplex feels very lightweight and doesn't have much fragrance so my scalp does not feel itchy. Love it!
The dry shampoo that made me love dry shampoo! I have always absolutley hated dry shampoo because of how it makes my hair and scalp feel. I have tried probably 2 or 3 dozen dry shampoos over the years, and this is the first dry shampoo I actually like. I now use it on a daily basis! It doesn't leave residue or make my thick hair or oily scalp feeling gritty. It feels like it actually leaves my hair clean and absorbs the oil rather than just covering it! Personally, I don't need to use much for it to work, so a bottle lasts a surprisingly long time.
Smells nice but besides that there is literally zero oil absorption. I have never used a dry shampoo that did nothing at all. Buy literally anything else.
I’m totally hooked on this! You can layer it on top after about two days of use (which is totally cool). I used to try the Dae dry shampoo and hated it, so this is way better if you had the same experience. It also gives you a lot of volume! well!
The smell is nice but it’s very ineffective. It’s like it doesn’t absorb the oil at all.
I was skeptical about this working as well as the claims and about not leaving the typical dry shampoo white cast. I was pleasantly surprised upon the initial test but ultimately what drove me to write this review are the compliments I continue to receive on my 2-3 day, dirty hair. I WFH so only wash my hair about twice a week and spritz this on if I need to leave the house for errands or for a night out. I’ve had multiple men and women tell me “wow, your hair looks amazing” after using this, so safe to say this is doing the job. The smell is clean and not overpowering, leaves no white cast and sucks up my oil pretty well. Overall, I do recommend this as it performs in the top 3 dry shampoos I’ve ever tried.
