it’s amazing!! i get the hype! i have fine asian hair that gets oily on day 2, and i just use this and it looks like i washed it! def believe the other people saying a little goes a long way! i do 1 spray per section then massage it in. if i need more, i will add it in. but yeah its amazing! no white cast or dry shampoo feeling UNLESS u add too much!! highly recommend for oily hair girlies!
I have really greasy hair and it is hard to find a dry shampoo that works! This is totally worth the money, few sprays and my hair stays clean for at least two days. Really recommend, plus no white cast or anything
i’ve been a dedicated powder dry shampoo girl for like 10 years now bc i hate the scent of aerosol dry shampoos, but powder can take a lot of time to work in so i decided to give this a try. i don’t really get the magic looks like freshly clean hair effect that influencers seem to have, maybe it’s because i got the mini bottle idk. i have to spray it a couple of times before it looks less oily. i will say it’s good for when im in a rush, but im definitely noticing it leaves a bit of a whiteish cast sometimes. i have undyed indian hair and i leaves splotches of lighter color where i sprayed it, and it takes a little to work it in. definitely better than batise white cast, but just something to be aware of
This dry shampoo is nothing special. My hair has that same dry powdery feeling. I thought it was going to be a miracle product based on the reviews, but its not. The only positive is its benzene free.
Great product but the cheapest packaging ever. It stopped spraying after just a few uses. I have more than half the bottle left but can’t use it because the spray stopped working and I have tried everything K18 recommended to unclog/fix the sprayer.
ive watched so many tutorials on this and I want to like it bc I love k18 but I'm so confused. it makes my hair look greasier in some spots and dry and tangled in others? maybe because my hair is already compromised with hair dye damage but idk. will keep trying
After seeing amazing reviews of this dry shampoo during the VIB sale this year, I bought it myself to try. I did immediately love it because the dry shampoo really works! My next day hair is not super oily but one spray and any shine is gone. It did not smell, did not turn my hair white, and added volume in the best way. I only use dry shampoo 1-2 times a week but the product impressed me so much, I purchased 2 more bottles. I gifted one bottle to my cousin and she said right away that nozzle was wonky but I told her to just shake the product. Now that it's been a couple months, my own spray nozzle completely stopped working. It has always been a little difficult to spray but I shook the product vigorously and it would work again. I looked on Reddit and online and it seems this is a common complaint with this product. I even contacted K18 and they gave me trouble shooting instructions. However, even with the advice given - soaking in warm water, using a safety pin to poke the nozzle, shaking the product, cleaning any buildup inside, nothing came out. The container was completely clean inside and free of white build up so I am unsure what is happening. I am thinking I will need to purchase my own spray bottle and transfer the remaining product (which is a lot! Maybe 2/3). K18 and Sephora cannot replace the product for me because I purchased in April but I am very annoyed. This is a large product and there is so much being wasted!
I wanted to hate this product, because frankly $48 for dry shampoo is insane. Unfortunately I love it, it really IS that good. The photo is after using it on my day 5!! hair, and my hair looks and feels freshly washed. I should have taken a before photo, next time I use it I will take a before and after and update my review. I hate how other dry shampoos feel on my hair, this is the only dry shampoo I will use. It’s not greasy, or clumpy, it doesn’t feel heavy and there’s no white cast or little white clumps (I know it looks like my roots have a white cast but that’s just my natural color growing in lighter than the color I dyed it, and my awful bathroom lighting). It’s a non-aerosol bottle so when you spray it on it’s a little wet. You can blow dry your hair if you want, I just rub it in with my fingers and brush it through. In conclusion, if you think you need this, I regret to inform you that yes you do. Our wallets can cry together.
Wow. Just wow. In the pictures, I sprayed one half of my head and left the other half greasy for comparison. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! I have been eyeing this for a while, and when I finally had enough points to make it half off, I decided to try it. For whatever reason even after double or even triple cleansing my scalp, on day 2ish to 3 my scalp starts to get oily and my roots get flat. Now, keep in mind here I had been at Disney all day today. Hair up in a high pony. It was easily 90+ degrees in the Florida humidity so I got home to a flat greasy mess once I took my hair down. I just washed my hair, so I really didn’t feel like washing it all over again. Decided today was the day to try it. I like that it has the little mixer clicky ball inside because it makes it easier to know that you're actually shaking it (or I'm just autistic and like the sound). They aren't kidding when they say 3 sprays is all you need. I did maybe 2-3 sprays per section of my hair. First on the top then taking sections underneath. For the record I think some people don't like the smell of this, I do. It smells clean, almost soapy but in a good way. I massaged it in and then brushed it through and it looks like I just showered and blow dried my hair. It doesn't really leave a residue or your hair feeling stiff, maybe just the slightest bit. But my hair doesn't feel weighed down like it would with regular dry shampoo. Even with it being a wet spray instead the usual dry aerosol, it dried off so fast it didn't even have time to make my hair wet. So yes, will be repurchasing this. I have a feeling it will take a while to get through because you truly only need like 3-4 full sprays per section. If you're on the fence, try it.
