I’m extremely disappointed with the BondiBoost Airstyler and honestly feel like it was a waste of money. After less than two years of normal use, it still blows air but no longer produces hot air, making the styling attachments basically useless. For the price, I expected much better quality and longevity, and I would not recommend purchasing it.
After a few uses of this product the attachments no longer stay on and pop off during use. Sephora customer service will not assist with this issue either. Do not buy this product.
I barely use it. First, the brush attachments keep coming off because they don’t fit securely. Then, it stopped heating altogether. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
I bought this after looking at air stylers for a while, thinking it would be a good alternative to a shark or Dyson, but I have had it it for less than a year and used minimal number of times and it just randomly stopped heating
After going through 2 bondi boost multi stylers within the past 1.5 years, I think it is safe to say that this product does not maintain its value. My first styler started sparking after several months of use. Sephora was nice enough to replace it with the second styler. I have had the second styler for 9 months now and all of a sudden the Horst mechanism stopped working.
My attachments got loose and falls off every time i use it..its soo annoying 😅
Same experience as everyone else! The tool only lasted me a couple months before the attachment piece broke off, it’s just a blow dryer now 👎
I had this for less than a year before one of the hooks that are used for the attachments broke, meaning the attachments were always loose and falling out. I emailed the company and sent them photos and videos of what happened. They did replace the product which was great, but then less than a year later the tool broke again this time around the button used hook in attachments. This is with use 1-2 x a week on thick curly/wavy hair. I did love using this as it cut down time to style my hair by a lot, however after this I am going to switch to a different brand.
Don’t waste your money - it started breaking after a year and completely broke apart after 15 months of having it. Customer service won’t do anything
Not worth it. Mine was replaced once just before the warranty period was done. After getting new one, I used it for 3 months and it broke again. Not reliable.
