Rénergie H.C.F. Triple Eye Serum

I finished this product and only then opened the bottle to clean/recycle it. That’s when I discovered that one of the three chambers was still completely full and had never dispensed. That explains why the results felt mediocre the entire time. I was not using the full “triple serum” at any point, just part of it. The unused chamber contains a clear gel (the hyaluronic/peptide side). On its own it feels sticky and doesn’t absorb properly, which confirms this product is meant to be mixed during pumping. If one chamber doesn’t come out, the product does not perform as intended. After checking reviews, I found multiple users reporting the same issue. This is a packaging defect, not user error. For this price, this is unacceptable. You are paying for three formulas and may only receive part of them. I would not recommend this product and will be switching to something else. If you still decide to buy it, check from the very first use that all three chambers are dispensing.

I bought this in September 25 and the face triple serum in January 26 and just started using them this week. Both have problems pumping out of all 3 holes. This eye serum pumps out of 2 holes and the face serum pumps out of only one hole. It's too late for me to return or exchange, so I'm stuck with 2 expensive serums that will not do me any good. So disappointed!

I am a huge fan of the Lancome brand. The product was easy to apply and went on so smoothly. It absorbed into my skin quickly and was not greasy at all. I did find that my skin looked more hydrated and glowing than before. Did it take away my fine under eye lines, no. Would I buy it for my skin care routine, yes becuase of the hydration!

I have tried a lot of eye creams, but was always frustrated because even though they were hydrating they never did anything for my fine lines and dark circles. I have been using this product for a week and the fine lines have VANISHED. My undereye skin is plump, and my dark circles have diminshed. Very impressed!!!!

I absolutely love this product. I received this to try and would definitely buy when I run out. I have been using this for a few months now and can see a difference around my eye area. The smell is light but good.

Overall I do love this eye serum- but the price point is just too painful. It’s pretty basic ingredients to be almost $100/bottle. It goes on and spreads like silk, didn’t break out my sensitive skin, and actually really helped my under eyes specifically. I was able to not wear concealer after using it nightly for several days in a row. It evened out my tone and helped with puffiness. It’s truly a great product, and in so thankful I got to try it- I just wish it was more affordable! Sometimes I’ll say the Prestige brands are absolutely worth the price, but I don’t think this is one of them.

I Love this product. I have been using it for about 3 weeks and I can already tell a huge difference in my skin! I am 45, dry sensitive skin. I haven’t had any issues with my sensitivity at all. This is a serum that makes your skin feel like silk and well hydrated. I feel like my fine lines around my eyes are less noticeable .I definitely recommended this product. It does have a mild scent that I didn’t find bothersome at all. I can see a visible difference that has made me feel more confident definitely a new addition to my skin care routine.

After using this product for just a few weeks, I was impressed. My lines had faded and I saw a glow to my skin because the product is so hydrating. I have very sensitive eyes so I had to be careful not to get it in my eye. Did that once and it burned for awhile and made my eye water. As long as I was careful, all was good!

Let me just say this, I’ve used a lot of brands before. Both retail and professional, this is surprisingly pretty decent. I liked the fluidity of the serum and it felt great. I’m slowly seeing subtle changes. I am excited to continue using this. I know it’ll just keep getting better.

Expensive and it doesn't work. I purchased due to the reviews and because I was looking or a Serum that would help with my dryness and wrinkles. I used it day/night until I finished the bottle and it doesn't work. I won't buy it again. don't believe the reviews from people that is getting something in exchange.
