Velvet Blur Translucent Setting Powder

Oh. My. God. My face isn’t oily or ashy and I look airbrushed in the most natural way. All my life I’ve been trying to get a matte finish with a medium coverage velvet powder foundation and I tried this setting powder for the first time and I will never be going back to powder foundation again. It is NOT ashy which is what I was worried about with the translucent powder because I’m brown skinned (warm tan color) but this is going to be part of my routine forever now.

I have tried numerous setting powders and this is at the top of the list. It may look white when applying but it sets translucent. Lasts all day, keeping my t-zone less oily and my makeup looking great.

I really wanted to love this, because the texture is amazing. Sadly it leaves my face looking white and pale. It’s a really terrible look. I will be returning.

I bought this after a recommendation from an employee. It is the best setting powder i have ever used. So soft and blurring. Definitely a dupe for higher end products for half the price!!

It might be a nice powder BUT it’s not translucent, it’s actually quite yellow and does not work for my pale cool leaning skin tone.

A simply incredible powder that is light & blurs instantly. I’ve tried a lot of loose powders (Laura, Lancôme, etc.) and this is the best yet to finish the look!

I was very impressed with this setting powder! It keeps my makeup fresh and lasting throughout the day. It’s more of a satin-matte finish, so I appreciate that as someone with dry/combo skin. I think some people may be intimidated by the sparkle in the powder, but that doesn’t really show up when applied. Previously was using Laura Mercier and Givenchy, but this is my next staple!

I've had expensive ones and cheap ones, no names and big names. this is hands down the best blurring powder for oily skin or mature skin with saggy pores. it's like someone filled all the potholes! love this stuff. I wish they'd come out with a lavendar powder or very pink color like I've seen some other brands come out with the last year or two

I keep reaching for this powder over Mario, Laura, and HUDA. It’s moisturizing and brightening yet controls my oily t-zone and stays satiny smooth all day! Not chalky or too matte. Plus, it’s talc and paraben free. Wow, this is now my new HG!
