Love this products but the packaging is pretty bad. Once you get down to half a bottle it is impossible to get out. I’d keep buying it but honestly the packaging is so bad I’m going to look for something else. I’ll buy it again if they ever change it!
I’ve been using this cleanser for a couple years and it hasn’t failed me yet. This has definitely played a part in bettering my skin and making it clear. It removes grime and leaves my skin clean. I love it, highly recommend it!
I loved this cleanser but I don’t love the package at all. I have struggled to squeeze product out since week 2 of use. I never got the desired amount product, and it is sooo hard to get the product out when is around half bottle left.

This face wash is the best I’ve used for my acne-prone, sensitive skin. The only downside is the packaging; it’s difficult to extract all the product.
Nice cleanser ! I would use it on its own but I have the cream and the combo is BOMB ! I think it’s one of those product where you should really do the combo!
I started using kiehls because of their salicylic products and find the formulations very good for managing texture. Instead of use their scrubs and needed something more nourishing and really like this product to not over exfoliate - doesn’t cause breakouts and is amazing
This works so well to take my makeup off and wash my face without feeling like I stripped my skin dry. And it saves me time! Love this and I am going to buy this again when I run out.
I have sensitive normal skin and this product has made a huge difference in my life. It’s gentle, hydrating, and I don’t feel like it’s stripping my skin from its natural moisture. I’m on my third bottle!
got this cleanser (mini sized) as part of the favs sample set from the bazaar (was NOT incentivized for this review, used my own insider points) … not super impressed by the rest of the set but WOW this stuff is amazing. the improvement my skin has made since i switched 2-ish months ago has been unbelievable. haven’t made any other changes in my routine and my skin is so much clearer. i just wish there was a lightly scented option, because my only complaint with this product is that it smells faintly of hot rubber. like think swing set in the summer. its very very faint and i know unscented is probably better for my skin, so i won’t dock a point. but a mild floral option would be a major game changer. anyway i’m finally running out of my sample so here’s hoping the full size has the same formulation 🤞
