If you are consistent, you will see changes in your skin after about a month of use; it works excellently when paired with a good serum! However, I do wish the battery lasted longer.
Love this mask! I have noticed a decrease in skin redness and slightly more even tone. Easy to stick to using and feels more hygienic than the flexible mask I already owned but hardly used. It’s comfortable to wear and I live the cooling eye pads. Just 6 minutes a day.
Absolutely love this mask! I have struggled with textured skin and acne for years. After using the acne clearing before bed and skin sustain in the mornings I had results within weeks. I will add that it might make your acne flare up before improving it. Give it some time and trust! The under eye cooling feels amazing….I have puffy eyes due to allergies and wake up feeling a difference. I also struggles with black heads and big pores around my nose. Those are almost impossible to see now! Overall an amazing product and I’m so grateful I made the decision to buy it.
Hopefully I’ll see results with my fine lines, but… I already see them with my under eye bags
Horrible customer support. The mask worked for a few months and stops working.
Very disappointed with my experience. I never received my order, and to make matters worse, I never got a refund either. Every time I contacted customer service, I was given the runaround and told to wait while they investigated. They kept delaying and passing me from one representative to another until the claim period expired. Proof was provided as well that I didn’t get my order. In the end, I lost my money and never received the item I paid for. Customer service was completely unhelpful and showed no urgency in resolving the issue. Their support was below zero, and no one seemed interested in making things right. I expected much better from Sephora. Losing both my money and my order because of poor customer service is unacceptable. I would think twice before ordering online from them again.
