Volume Enhancing Conditioner

I have used this conditioner for years and it was always great. The new formula is awful ! Strong smell and my hair is so dried out I can barely drag a comb through it. Bring back the old formula !!

This is no longer a wash and air dry product, and even after blow drying I look greasy in about 30 minutes. So disappointing

I have used this conditioner for a couple of years, and loved it, so when they changed the formula and packaging, I presumed it would be a minor change, so I bought the full size. Oh my goodness, was I ever wrong. There used to be a very mild scent, now it is FULL of a very perfume heavy scent that almost gives me a headache when I use it. I used to be able to use 3 pumps and it would soften and very easily detangle my hip length hair. I now have to use 6 pumps to distribute it through my hair, and my hair is full of knots and feels coarse to the touch as soon as any water touches it. Unfortunately, I'm not going to be able to continue to use it. I'm hesitant to even give it away honestly. Like another review said, maybe this would be ok for very short, fine hair, but if you have length or thickness, find something else!

If you have oily prone hair or very fine hair, you might like this. This is a very, very lightweight conditioner. I have medium course hair. I wish it was a little bit more moisturizing. However, I understand why it is lightweight because usually volumizing products are intended for fine hair. I didn't mind the fragrance. I like it, but if you are sensitive to fragrance, you might not like this. For the price point and amount, it isn't bad. Would I buy this again? Probably not. I haven't tried it paired with the shampoo. If you have very dry hair, textured hair, or thicker hair, I would definitely use a mask with this.

I have very fine, straight hair and an oily scalp. I only apply conditioners to the ends of my hair, and I’m always concerned about conditioner weighing my hair down, as I already have zero volume. This conditioner is certainly lightweight, but it’s basically useless. It does nothing to prevent knots, and has somehow created static in my hair - never had a conditioner do that before. I guess the static technically gives my hair volume, but not the kind I want! I never thought I’d have this complaint about conditioner.

Love this shampoo and conditioner. It made my hair feel so good. I will recommend to others and for sure by this again. My hair was so off and I’m in flordia and it helped reduce the frizz so much. I love it

I have no idea how this product made my hair feel so soft in the shower but left it so dry and crunchy after drying and styling. I used it twice just to make sure it wasn’t from too much styling product or too little conditioner, but it made my hair feel terrible. My hair didn’t even feel clean. It

It's bad fam. I have the old version bottle in my shower still. The ingredients are completely different from the og. It's nauseating with how much perfume is in it. The old version gave me nice, natural volume, while still keeping my waves looking good. This makes my hair look super frizzy. New doesn't always mean better.

Adds long lasting volume on my hair. Smells good. Makes my hair shiny. I use both shampoo and conditioner. Hair doesn’t feel greasy after work. I use it daily and I don’t have a lot of shedding.

Never tried the verb brand but was gifted the condition! Review based on the condition and not the set but assume the set would benefit more. Great smell and texture! Gives some volume as I have heavy long hair
