The scent is amazing and it makes my hair feel so soft and smooth! I have straight hair and my partner has curls and it works for both of us. The scent is unisex and honestly addicting!! I need a perfume! This is my 4th bottle
I was really excited to try this shampoo and conditioner set since finishing up my old (namebrand)routine set. I wanted something new and I love Palo Santo, but I loved the smell ONLY from the bottle and not on my hair, I tried twice hoping I could handle it but It was nauseating and noticed both uses my hair was still oily. I thought I wasn’t washing it all out enough or using too little… if I could have found someone who would use it I wouldn’t feel bad returning it. The one thing I did like was the pump action instead of the usual flip caps! That was a minor little thing I found to be nice to have after not having the option before. So far in exchange I’ve been using the Gisou line. I like a lot of their other products so decide to try the shampoo and conditioner and so far I love everything about it, even the twist cap makes a difference!

I received the shampoo and conditonner as free samples with a Sephora purchase. As other reviewers have mentioned, my hair smells as if I walked into a perfume store, and all the smells got stuck on my strands. The fragrance is waaay too strong and overwhelming. I cannot wait to wash it out. It's a shame because my hair does feel nice and soft with lightweight moisture. It would have been a win if it wasn't for the overpowering smell. If you're into that, go for it. But it's not for me. I would go for an unscented version, though.
I got this shampoo & the matching conditioner as a free sample in my last order, and tried tonight. It smells like pepper, men's cologne, and grain alcohol had a baby, and it stings the nostrils. I made the mistake of trying the shampoo anyway (silly me)...my hair felt like straw and reeked, so I declined to not use the conditioner. My hair smelled so bad, I rewashed with a clarifying shampoo & conditioner and it STILL stinks. 0/10 recommend, save yourselves!

received a sample to try. it made my hair very fluffy . But the smell is very weird, almost chemical smelling. not sure that I would want to smell like that all the time.
I purchased due to a sample I received. I love how it made my hair feel and how the scent stayed even after a day. Now that I have the item. I noticed on the first use that the packaging is not the best. It leaks at the pump.
I was originally hesitant after reading the reviews However, once I did, I was hooked! The smell is musk based in the hair and goes well with that type of perfume. With the conditioner and the styling cream, makes my wavy hair look light and defined. Very haopy with this purchase!
