Two stars bc I think it works so so but I had to return it due to the major overpowering fragrance! Gave me headaches instantly and it doesn't smell good at all!
I have always blown my hair out every day because I have shoulder length wavy curls but they NEVER looked good air dried. They just looked wacky. But if my hair is blown straight, at the first sign of humidity in the summer, it frizzes up and looks awful. I was trying so many frizz control products with no luck. I've been wanting to get away from blowing out my hair every day but I just couldn't get an acceptable style. I put in this cream, combed through, and let my hair air dry while doing my makeup. Then I twisted sections as instructed, and when fully air dried, ran my fingers lightly through the twists. So pretty! Now I can go without blow drying in the summer, but my wavy curls look natural and soft. Thank you, Alli! I took off 1 star because the scent is SO STRONG. It stays with you all day. If you are sensitive to smells, or don't like warm, strong musky scents, this might not be for you. I hesitate to use this on weekdays because some of my coworkers have allergies to scents (that's how strong it is). I'd love an unscented or lighter scented version, please!
I never like the look of my natural curls. I always straighten my hair. I tried this product and am amazed at the soft frizz free waves I have after air drying. I applied the product and twisted sections of hair. I am amazed at how smooth it looks. Manic!
I am having the best time with this stuff. I have a dramatic shag and it really locks in the 90's vibe on it. My hair doesn't look like I have product in it, it's just soft and well conditioned and sits in perfect waves around my face. Use this on damp hair with the satin Kitsch flexirods - not the ones with snaps, but the ones that stay put without them. Or their heatless curls set is good, too.
The BEST smelling hair products I’ve bought ever!! If you love “spicy & warm” smells, this most definitely is for you. However, if you a floral girl through and through (which I am not) you will not like this smell but this product was designed to enhance your natural hair texture! The styling cream doe wonders. I will be buying the full size when I run out of this mini size!! 10/10 would recommend. Worth every penny P.S. in the photo, my hair is 70% dry, when fully dry it gives much more volume.
I am absolutely OBSESSED with this styling cream! I am always air drying my hair and typically give it no thought, but using this I Am Enough Rough Dry Styling Cream has truly changed the way that my hair looks! It gives the most gorgeous waves and texture, and really makes it look like I have a fresh blowout each time I use it. I’m OBSESSED!
I really liked this product overall. It did a great job of controlling frizz and keeping my hair looking smooth without that stiff, crunchy feeling a lot of similar products leave behind. My hair still felt soft and touchable, which is a huge plus. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish the hold lasted a bit longer throughout the day, especially in humidity. I found myself needing a small touch-up later on. That said, it’s still a solid option if you want frizz control without sacrificing movement and softness. I’d definitely keep using it.
I received this product in exchange for my honest review. This product is amazing for those with really dry and frizzy hair. A small amount does the trick. It’s perfect for those days you don’t want to style and just leave alone
I have low porosity, frizzy prone wavy hair and have a difficult time finding products that don’t weigh down my hair while also defining my waves. I found this to work well, and I liked the consistency. It didn’t define my waves too much, but did a lot for volume!
I don’t know if my hair isn’t curly enough. I have very loose waves and I don’t feel like this product really worked for me. The roots look a little more lifted but my hair dried real wacky. I had kink here and there with the twist method but I honestly could’ve just straightened a few pieces to have fully straight hair. lol
