Water Drench® Whipped Cream Cleanser

I’m so mad that PTR replaced the cloud foam gel cleanser with THIS. The dispenser is ridiculous, it shoots out way more than you need, it doesn’t effectively remove makeup, but worst of all, it smells like burned rubber. The burned rubber chemical awfulness soaks into your skin, so all day my hands have smelled like it; I could even TASTE it when eating snacks with my hands thus afternoon. It’s literally made me feel sick. Returning this—I do NOT recommend, and PTR, please bring back the far superior product!

I usually love PTR, & even like Water Drench products. But this face wash was a major lose for me. It smelled so bad, and it didn't do anything good. Too gimmicky!

I have combination skin but very dehydrated.it works very well !clean my skin very well and effective so i will buy it again.

Best face wash ever & I been using it for a long time. I hope they don’t discontinue it

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] First of all, I love the idea of whipped cream and the packaging definitely conveys the concept. The nozzle is easy to use. More important, it goes on my skin and glides across the skin smoothly. Even though it makes my skin feel clean afterward, it also makes my skin feel slightly dry, which is pretty disappointed :( The smell is unpleasant., kinda like a metallic smell though it's gone as soon as you massage it onto your face. Overall, I wouldn't repurchase the product in the future.

Honestly, not sure if this is the best cleanser but it’s for sure original and fun to use. And has a nice clean no fragrance smell.

I received the Peter Thomas Roth Water Drench Whipped Cream Cleanser for free in exchange for my honest review, and I have to say, this stuff completely won me over. The texture is so light and fluffy, it’s basically like washing your face with a cloud, and yes, I absolutely gave myself a cloud mustache and beard in the mirror. Zero regrets. The scent is incredibly mild, which I appreciate. It’s not trying to overpower your senses or smell like a perfume aisle. Just a soft, clean hint of freshness. When I rinsed it off, it honestly felt like the foam had absorbed every impurity on my skin and then politely excused itself. No residue, no tightness, no dryness, just clean, comfortable skin. It is gentle, effective, and doesn’t make you feel like you need a second cleanse. And if you are the type who enjoys turning your skincare routine into a mini comedy routine, the lather fully supports that. Honestly, it leaves my face clean and my mood lifted, a win in my book.

I received this product in exchange for my honest review. This has a clean scent and it is fairly easy to dispense the product. The whip cream style canister seems a little bit gimmicky and the product did an ok job as a second cleanser after a balm. I have combination skin and post cleanse my face felt a little drier than usual.

It’s a pretty solid cleanser not my favorite. The smell is definitely offputting, but it does get rid of your make up quickly. 

I really wanted to like this, but can't. I have sensitive skin. This doesn't make me break out (yay), but it is drying. It also doesn't remove my makeup. I washed 4 times with this and a soft exfoliating brush and still had to clean one more time with a different face wash to remove light foundation and eye makeup that wasn't waterproof.
