smells good and lightweight but does not help with frizz

After using this product for a week honestly my hair never looked this great it is the best oil

I expected to purchase the Amika fine hair oil until I tested both on my hand and this one was much lighter (lightweight is what I mean). So I got this one. Glad they had testers.

Regret buying - greasy, doesn't help with frizz or humidity.

Over the last ten years my once thick hair has gotten thinned out and really fine, with low porosity and a ton of straggly flyaways. On the plus side, this oil doesn't appear to weigh down my hair, but it only increases flyaways and unwanted poof and frizz. That's probably because it can't do more than coat the hair, and it won't absorb. When I washed my hair after about 1-2 uses there was a obvious sticky rough coating that didn't wash off even with extremely strong clarifier Kenra. In all fairness, nothing works for me anymore. I had some brief weeks of amazing outcomes using Lola Vie products, which then caked hard, formed a film, dried my strands out and caused severe itching. So far, even though I've not used that much, I'd say it leaves it without any added gloss/shine, but it seems to be a little bit softer. I'll see if I might be useful as my heat protectant before I blow dry. The fragrance fortunately is on the lighter side. Was quite surprised so many reviewers noted the lovely fresh fruity scent. I am getting nothing like that - it has the slightest scent of newspaper! Not a fruity element anywhere. Others with fine hair who do not suffer from ultra low porosity might find it useful.

I have androgen alopecia so my hair is extremely fine but for now i still like to style and protect my hair. This stuff is lovely for fine thing hair but use it SPARINGLY. Like i use a single dot of oil for all my hair.

This oil is perfect! I started coloring my hair again due to gray hairs - and I’m older and my hair is thinner. You don’t need much but it does so much. My hair is so soft and looks amazing! I’ve bought this for all my friends too!

The dropper was so difficult to open it hurt my hands. I haven’t been able to open it and actually try the product.

I have fine hair and I've always been nervous about trying hair oils because I'm worried they'll weigh down my hair. This hair oil actually works well with my hair. I apply 2 drops to my hands and warm up the oil between my hands prior to applying to my ends. It absorbs quickly and leaves behind a lovely subtle fruity scent. It smells so good. It leaves my ends feeling soft, smooth, and manageable. Because it's lightweight, if you need a heavy duty hair oil this probably won't cut it but for fine hair girlies like me, this works just fine!

I loved the smell but it didn’t hydrate or fix my frizzy hair.
