BALANCEFUL 5D Cica Complex Cleansing Gel for Sensitive Skin & Gentle Makeup Removal

Irritated my rosacea when it was supposed to calm it. Waste of money

I was looking for an oil control cleanser for sensitive skin but this cleanser was too strong, I can only use a small amount of it when mixed with a gentle cleanser. Removed my sunscreen though.

Unfortunately, after 2 days of using I broke out in a horrible rash. Turned out it was contact dermatitis inflamed by the essential oil in this. I have never in my life had eczema on my face and neck before and I am still dealing with the fall out. This was the only new product to my routine. Beyond that, the smell is nauseating and medicinal. That should have been my first red flag.

This product has helped change my skin! Before, I couldn’t use my retinol product more than twice a week. But this (plus a barrier strengthening moisturizer) has eliminated redness and reduced my skins sensitivity. LOVE

i originally bought the trial kit to try out the serum from this line, but this became my favorite product after i finished the kit surprisingly. after using it for over half a year now, it has kept my acne at bay, slowly healed some of my hyperpigmentation and texture, and my skin feels clean without feeling stripped even when i use it every night. admittedly, as a dry-combo, sensitive skin type, i've noticed that once i incorporated another gentle exfoliating product in the morning, my nose would feel tingly after cleansing at night. the cleanser quickly helped me realize that i was over-exfoliating without completely compromising my skin barrier, and now i only use that other exfoliating product every other day with no skin issues. overall, i recommend this product if you are acne-prone and tend to favor simpler routines!

After first use I noticed it smells like vicks menthol and drys the skin. Definitely not for winter. Cleans the skin very well, removes all makeup. After 3 weeks I've noticed no difference in my skin accept for the dryness and tightness immediately after wash.

This is one of the best cleansers I've used in a long time! I have very dry, sensitive skin and this removes all makeup and leaves skin feeling soft and clean without drying it out. It isn't overly scented, but has a soft, slightly medicinal smell that leaves you feeling like it really did its job. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Perfect for gentle cleanse. I don’t love the smell but it’s not a dealbreaker. It’s the rosemary or eucalyptus scent that’s a bit off for me. It’s still a fresh scent, and not too strong- just slightly medicinal.

Good cleanser. Doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin. I did not like the toner though as it was sticky!! Face feels clean after cleansing.

I’m a bit mixed on this because I’m not thrilled with the vapor wax/toothpaste scent. However, it does a lovely job cleansing my skin. But can be drying if I use too much or cleanse for too long.
