I wish I could like this product. It worked to get my makeup off but it caused so much redness, flakiness, and soreness around my eyes.
Most makeup remover oils and balms don’t remove my waterproof mascara and I usually have to use a 2nd product for it. This melting cleansing balm did such a good job removing my makeup including my waterproof mascara. Love it!

This is the best makeup removing balm I have ever used! I thought nothing could ever top Farmacy, but I love this one more. The biggest difference between the two is that Dezi does not cloud your eyes after washing! That was the only drawback for Farmacy
As someone who does full-face makeup, natural makeup, waterproof makeup, and has tried alllll the makeup removers… This. THIS!!! This is IT! Seriously, look no freakin’ further. I have bought this 3 times since it has came out. A little goes a really long way, it’s easy to portion since it’s in a squeezable tube, doesn’t hurt my eyes or make them cloudy, doesn’t strip my skin, doesn’t break me out, and truly takes it ALL off in one go. This stuff is so good. It takes off makeup, sunscreen, all of it. My skin is super sensitive and breaks out easily, but this actually helps calm things down. It has jojoba oil (which my skin loves) and no fragrance or irritating stuff. It leaves my skin soft and clean, not dry or greasy. I’ve tried a lot of cleansing balms and this is the one I keep coming back to. It feels luxe, works fast, and doesn’t mess with my skin barrier. Obsessed.
