I wish there was a zero stars option. I’m sorry but these are the worst eye patches I’ve ever used in my life and I will never ask a Sephora employee for recommendation ever again lol
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] While I didn't notice any brightening of dark circles (this is only a box of 6, I believe they may show results of this nature after more consistent use). I'm currently in esthetician school, so reading the ingredients, I was fairly surprised (not the largest concentration of active ingredients, but a fair amount. One thing that isn't necessarily my favorite is that they do tingle a bit under the eyes (not a burning, just a slight tingle-like cooling), but i do believe that adds to the awakening effect. I love that they are not only slip-free, but individually packaged, which makes it easy for travel, and is very sanitary. I don't have puffy undereyes, but I do have fine lines naturally (I'm only 27), and they do leave my undereyes feeling more firmed.
These patches unfortunately left Angry red marks under my eyes and puffed them right up. They were SO unbelievably sticky to make them ‘non-slip’ that they actually hurt to peel off.
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This is a first for me, I’ve got the puffy eyes and dark circles but never tried and under eye mask before. My skin is so dry, that I had a hard time getting the pads to stick at first. They produce a nice cooling sensation, and they actually help my eyes feel less itchy and uncomfortable during allergy season! This is an unexpected plus! As far as the effect on my puffy eye issue: subtle not dramatic. But I feel so much better, it’s worth it!
These are great but they don’t stick the best and sometimes they can tingle which can be a little spooky.
These do not stick well and are uncomfortable. The “fabric” of the eye patch is not mailable and feels more like plastic. The cooling is nice and I can imagine they’re effective but I won’t be using them longer than 1 use, returning.
I actually really loved these, and sometimes I think the eye patches are a hoax!! The bottom of these are weirdly sticky almost, but they really helped soothe my under eyes. I also noticed that they had calmed and smoothed some of the milk a below my eye which was very unexpected but appreciated!!!! One thing I will note is that they are so thick that they can be uncomfortable
They brighten really nicely, really cooling and therefore some de puffing action, however they’re quite uncomfortable to wear, the fabric on top is too thick and stiff making it hard for the eye patch to nicely adjust around the eye area
PLEASE, remove the menthol. Menthol doesn’t help our skin but is actually more likely to cause irritation. It is responsible for the tingly, cooling sensation most reviewers describe. Again, just because it’s causing this sensation doesn’t mean it’s benefitting our skin, but more likely causing harm.
These are sadly not good. They do not stick on the face and I really don’t feel like they do anything :/
