The POREfessional Degunker Blackhead & Pore Cleansing Mask System

I did not enjoy this as my skin is already red , so much pulling and degunking felt super harsh and not pleasant on my skin , it really does get things out of the pores but for me it does more damage than good , I wouldn’t rephrase nor try again :(

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I really wanted to love this, but I think it’s just okay. This product essentially has two parts: the face mask which you apply and leave on for 15 minutes, then the metal spatula you use after to scrape and “degunk” your skin. The mask was okay, it was a fun teal color and had no noticeable scent. I feel like the spatula just irritated my skin and pushed things further in rather than clearing my pores though. With that said, I checked my skin immediately after and also waited to check it the next morning and didn’t use any other skincare to isolate any effects to just this product and I will say that by the next morning, the irritation had calmed down a bit and my skin does feel more hydrated than it did. I just hoped to use it to clear my pores since that’s more of how it’s marketed, and I felt no difference on that front.

After about 5 minutes of the product on my face, I got a chemical burn and almost had to go to the hospital. Defiantly will be returning this product!!

I have enlarged pores on my nose and cheeks. The mask texture feels really gentle almost like cream. It was super easy to washed off as well. I will continue using it since I really love the results.

The formula itself also felt nice and was pleasant to use. Plus, I appreciate that it seems like a more hygienic alternative to DIY squeezing. However, I think my skin may have been too sensitive for the tool. I noticed quite a bit of redness and irritation after use. This may be great for oily or congestion-prone skin types, but I would be careful if you have sensitive skin. Overall, I’d say the POREfessional Degunker is a clever at-home option for people who love the satisfaction of clearing out pores but want to do it more safely. It’s a solid in-between for maintaining clearer skin at home, but definitely requires patience and a gentle hand.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I like the overall design of this product, my only issue is feeling like the design was more effective the the product inside. My husband has oily skin and tends to get black heads on his nose. But this nose is so sensitive, he never let's be extract them. I was hoping this product would help pull them out easier but unfortunately it didn’t do much. The scraper was helpful, but again, the nose is sensitive so he didnt like how it felt and didnt think the product overall was very effective.

Loved the product easy to use loved that it was two in one . The tool was part of the product . I am impressed with how well this product works, first with the mask which loosens up the skin. Then the tool goes a great job for extracting all the gunk in my pores.

After receiving the Benefit Cosmetics Professional Degunker, I got to work on my pores. It didn't take much product to apply to my face & neck. I was able to use the scraper & definitely got a lot of "gunk" out. It's definitely worth having in facial cleansers.
