This is the most realistic juicy fruity perfume I own. It doesn’t go sour on me at all. It’s actually just a bit green and fresh in addition to the fruitiness. It doesn’t turn into vanilla like Power of You. It stays fresh and fruity the whole time, and it’s a bit cooler for summer. Absolutely love this.
Matilda is tart, juicy and delicious! The meringue note in this fragrance really balances out the juiciness so it does not become sharp. It adds a layer of softness without losing the bright fruit. Beautiful and balanced! Good longevity too.

Imagine you’re on a humid tropical island in an episode of naked and afraid and what you smell. Most is the Dewey sweat on your body as you find a leash pile of fresh mangoes.. you rip open the dirty skin baked in the sun invite into the juiciest mango you’ve ever had. That’s what the scent is to me humid dirty sweet fresh and exotic for me. It works. This is bright, energizing, and refreshing on a cold and depressing day. It opens with super tangy mouth watering passionfruit, and I wish that note lasted longer because it is so incredibly juicy and delicious. After that brief initial burst it's a fairly simple soft mango scent with minimal sillage and not a ton of staying power (although that IS to be expected with these notes). I don't really smell any of the meringue or musk but I'm not mad about it. I can see myself getting a good amount of use out of this over the spring and summer but don't know if I would feel compelled to repurchase.
Smells like a citrusy passion fruit. I'm Latino and I grew up having agua fresca de maracuyá, which is passion fruit lemonade. It's a fresh, familiar, tart, juicy and sour perfume. The initial spray BURSTS. It made my mouth water almost instantly from the memory lol The dry down is softer, but the fruitiness lingers. There's a bakery in my neighborhood that makes mango and passion fruit Charlotte cakes, which has layers of sponge cake, mango and passion fruit mousse, mango gelatin puree, and lined with ladyfingers. The dry down is so similar to that desert, idk how, but it managed to catch that softly sweet cake and cookie scent mixed with the zip from the bright fruit. This won't be for everyone, but it is very picturesque. It dried down a little too sweet for my personal taste, but it smells DIVINE on my sister. She loves bold, fruity scents so if that's you, I would recommend it.
The name is EVERYTHING. The scent on the other hand smells like a musty person sprayed perfume all over them. Eeeyuuckkkk
I wanted to love this. It’s so sour right off the bat and then dries down masculine on me. I couldn’t scrub it off fast enough. I returned it next day.
this was a blind buy and I’m not sure about it. It is very tangy. Someone said it smells like grapefruit, I agree with that. it’s OK definitely not bad or gross but I can see this going a bit sour(depending on your body, chemistry) in the heat. depending on your body, chemistry.
I used Matilda for a week. Wasn't sure at first with the scent of passion fruit. Not fruity strong at all. Sweet, soft and light. I'm a Rosie scent forever person - but I would switch once and awhile with Matilda for sure.
