I am a vanilla girlie and enjoy trying new ones. I had read a great deal about this and wanted to try it. It’s okay, not overly sweet, a bit more mature. On my skin I’d say it’s 4-5 hours? It doesn’t stand out to me among vanillas, I’ll try some layering combos with it but after having it for a week I’m not sure I’d upgrade it to a full size.

Gorgeous scent! I have been searching for a not-too-sugary or syrupy everyday vanillla. This is the best I have found. I really don’t get much floral at at all. It pretty quickly dries down into something akin to Nemat’s vanilla musk oil and Celine Zouzou.

A great vanilla scent and last all day too which is worth it for the price because you don't have to keep reapplying it. I will definitely repurchase again.

I bought this blindly as a gourmand girlie and it’s the first scent I’ve been super pleased with in a long time! It’s vanilla without musky masculine tones and sweet but mellow not that fake vanilla scent of toys and tweens and.

The scent is amazing, but the staying power is awful. I’ve used the entire bottle is less than a month because it wears off that quickly. For how expensive it is, I was expecting a lot more.

So this is definitely not a scent for everybody. I didn’t like it at first, it wasn’t that sweet however I applied it again for a second time on a later date and I had a lot of turning heads. And I myself found that the scent grew on me. Also, because it lasts forever and it’s quite concentrated- spray and walk into the spray or a very light mist on the wrists. I was very thankful to have been given a sample of this from the creators in exchange for my honest opinion. Not my favorite scent, but still very lovely.

This is a woody version of SDJ 40. Because of the amber and oud it has a kind of cedar / pencil shaving note but it’s still warm and enjoyable. It’s not too heavy, but it is gently sweet.

As a true vanilla lover with a pretty extensive collection, I have to say Maison Louis Marie No.15 Vanille Infinie really surprised me. This is not a loud, sugary cupcake vanilla fragrance (which I already own a lot of!). It is smooth, creamy, and slightly woody with a soft amber warmth that feels so cozy on the skin. The vanilla smells natural and refined, almost like warm vanilla extract wrapped in clean woodiness. On me, it sits closer to the skin but that is part of the charm. It feels intimate and effortless, perfect for everyday wear or layering with sweeter gourmands in my collection. If you also love vanilla but want something more elevated and less syrupy, this is such a beautiful choice to add to your collection. Just got this and this brought me back to my childhood. It smells exactly like my strawberry shortcake dolls from the 80's. Its a nice, fresh vanilla scent that is comforting.
