The scent of this is more warm brown sugar (if you remember that scent from BBW), and less santal. It is way too sweet for my preference. The formulation seems ok, more lotion vs. cream. If you are looking for a good body cream with a santal scent, the Necessaire option is much better. cream with the santal scent,

Unfortunately, not worth the hype in MY experience. This body cream is lighter consistency and doesn’t provide maximum moisture. The scent of the body wash is lovely but even when pairing with this cream, still doesn’t last on. day.
