I bought the clear edition of these and they broke very easily. I am a hairstylist and clips like these can last me 1 year plus-sometimes even 2, these broke on day one of bringing them to work.
Love this, I also have the solid pastel color ones as well. They are both strong hold up great. The clear ones in the other hand don’t have a strong grip.
