Pout Preserve Sugar Melt Exfoliating Lip Scrub

This I how my lip scrub got to me looking like. I wanted to try this product so bad but when it comes like this I am really upset about

My lips feel really soft after I use it, but I don't reach for it often because idk if I got a broken one or smth but the scrub keeps poping out of the container entirely and getting stuck in the lid. Just be careful when closing it ig. It's sad bc it was like $20 but i can't ever put the lid on it so i can't carry it with me anywhere, it's just stuck at home :/

I was really starting to like this product after having it for 24 hours. Smells nice, is exfoliating without leaving a mess of sugar behind, and genuinely feels good on the lips. And the applicator was a bonus, or so I thought. Seems like 50% of the time you open it, you’re opening it to find the spring loaded base of the product. It unhooks and gets attached to the lid so you can’t actually use the product. And when trying to fix it, the product seems to get stuck in the elevated position and won’t wind back down very easily. Based on other reviews I’m not alone in these struggles. I’m torn between what I want to do, but at this time I’m leaning towards taking it back. OleHenriksen needed to work on this packaging some more.

Used it once. Woke up to use it again. It got stuck and broke. Awful packaging and doesn't even do nothing. Returning tomorrow. Waste of money.

I’m not sure who to blame here but mine was broken.

loving this scrub. no need to dip fingers. just apply like a lip balm. apply more if more scrubbing needed. only thing I've seen is they tend to break so I wouldn't travel with it. I leave mine at home as it's part of my nightly routine. has a nice smell, and tastes good without being too lickable.

The price for the size and quality is awful. I guess when your brand has one trending product everything else has to be overpriced too. The product simply does not work. It is not gritty enough and is more like a sand balm; it does not exfoliate well enough for the price. Not comparable to lush lip scrubs at all.

Love the brand but truly dislike the scrub. The packaging is bad. The product comes out with the top and it’s just not ideal for travel.

I like the concept of this product; I’ve always wanted a good scrub in stick form for on the go. I like how fine the sugar crystals are bc they exfoliate but don’t leave chunks (they melt down on lips after). But like others mentioned, the packaging is horrible! I used it one day and accidentally left it on its side, and it had stuck t the lid and ripped the whole stick off. I managed to get it down in one piece and good shape, but it means it has to be stationary right side up. Which defeats the purpose of the on the go stick format. I might return but I’m not sure yet; for $22 you’d expect way more! I’d pay $7 for this.
