[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The experience was pleasant but the price isn't justifiable for regular use or the results. I am early 30s and don't necessarily have a saggy chin so maybe results would be more dramatic for someone with more of that issue. I feel like I'm left with a lot of questions. How long are the results supposed to last? Is this just a special occasion use? Is that why you only buy one mask at a time? How frequently should you be using these to see results? I was suprised to find even though it goes around your ears and fits snug it did not irritate or give me a headache. I even got trapped in it for longer then 20 minutes because my baby woke up to feed and it was still tolerable long term. The feeling of the mask is cooling and pleasant. Its got a good stick to it so it didnt move much during wear. It was a little harder then I expected to peel it off the backing but I made it stay in place better then expected. Overall I cant say I would recommend it for the price without knowing more about the length of results and expected frequency of us. If you have significant sagging this might be worth it to use before photos or a special event.

The ear loops are a bit fiddly and you'll get product in your hair so do this when you don't have any place to be. Clear instructions with illustrations showing you how to put it on. PETA-certified brand with many vegan ingredients but not all of their products are so check the labels.
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I'm in my 30's and I admittedly don't have a sagging jawline to lift, but I thought a good mask would do me some good anyways. When I first took the mask out I noticed it was a dry jelly, which was very different from any mask I've ever tried. The directions say to put the mask on cleansed and moisturizer skin... Okay. So are the beneficial ingredients that are in the mask supposed to penetrate the moisturizer? Idk. I wore the mask first without moisturizer for 20 minutes, then again with moisturizer for another 20 for a total of 40. My after photos are the total amount of time in the mask. I don't notice a difference, and after one use of any topical no one should in theory, but I don't see how this kind of product would do anything to justify its single use for $18! I'm not sure it's doing anything other than compressing skin which a reusable chin strap could do.

One mask for almost $20 usd is outrageous to me. Maybe for a very special occasion but it’s not very realistic for me. Yes, it was a nice mask but I find that you can get the same results using a reusable chin/neck lifter. I feel like getting the neck cream would be more affordable and with more long term results. One mask can’t really make a huge difference long term.

Doesn't smell bad, just like gel. If it pulls on your ears, it's on right! No itching, no side effects during my use.
For the price, I cannot believe that this mask broke in my hands before I was even able to put it on my face. Such a waste of money.

If it was used long term maybe there would be more of a difference. It was easy to follow the directions. Easy to put on and comfortable. No overpowering smells or anything. There was a bit of residue after I took it off but i just simply washed it off.

I didn't know what to expect for results because I had never done a jaw/neck mask before but I'm impressed. No fragrance that I was aware of, not super sticky and no residue left behind, easy to use. The results... incredible. My jawline looked so much better after the mask! It seemed to have more definition and it definitely tightened up in that general area, too. I will be intrigued to see how long the results last but I would definitely use this before going out or taking photos, etc.
