XMD Stem III Clinical Recovery Essence Toner with PDRN H.A.™ Complex for Hydration

I got this with a $100 rouge reward, thinking it would be a safe blind buy since it’s just a hydrating Kbeauty toner (of which I’ve tried and loved a lot). However, something in this irritates my skin unfortunately. I don’t find it hydrating at all and my skin starts to feel a bit irritated and looks redder after I apply it. Pretty disappointing considering the price and that I can’t return/exchange it, so I guess I’ll try to give it away. Not at all what I was expecting or hoping for from this product, but maybe it will work better for someone else.

This stuff is incredible!! I love the lightweight texture of it and how my skin just soaks it up! I used the Iope clinical recovery essence toner and I thought it was pretty decent. The packaging feels pretty heavy duty and the size is very generous and will last for a very long time when used as directed. The toner is a clear thin gel and it was really easy to apply. I didn't find it to be sticky but it was a little bit tacky to the touch. I feel like it was really hydrating and would be great for helping a damaged skin barrier. Overall, the product was good but I didn't love the tackiness.
