Chris Collins Sunset in Tamarindo did not disappoint at all! I was completely influenced by the internet to purchase this because it is so hard to find an in-store tester. Only a few Sephora locations even carry the testers, and every single one I encountered was completely empty. I took a gamble on a blind buy, and it was well appreciated!The Scent Profile: The fruit notes in this are beautifully executed. The combination of juicy mango and papaya mixed with that smooth, gorgeous vanilla is absolute magic. It is bright, intoxicating, and a wonderful scent combo.Performance: Unlike many other fruity summer fragrances, this one projects amazingly well. The longevity is incredible and makes the bottle worth every single penny.Final Verdict: I absolutely love it. Chris Collins African Rooibos Sunset in Tamarindo – Papaya y Mango is tropical done beautifully. The fruity notes give it a juicy, vibrant opening, but it never becomes overly sweet or smells like a fruity body spray. It has a smooth, sophisticated quality that makes it feel much more elevated. I love how the tropical fruitiness settles into something warm and sensual on my skin. It gives vacation, sunshine and beautiful glowing skin while still feeling grown and polished. If you enjoy tropical fragrances but want something that feels luxurious rather than overly sugary, this is definitely worth trying. Beautiful, unique and absolutely full-bottle worthy!

I thought this scent was too strong and heavy for my skin. All I could smell is a gardenia scent even though this fragrance did not have gardenia in it. It lingered all day. Great for some but not for me!
Smells Amazing. This is not your standard mango fragrance the sandalwood & papaya take it to a next level.
5/5, no notes. bright, juicy, tropical fruit in the opening. the fruit eventually mellows and the frangipani comes out, pretty strong... almost indolic, in the way white and yellow florals can be, but it doesnt go all the way there. the dry down is very creamy and the sandalwood adds an almost nutty edge to it. meanwhile, just enough of the fruitiness from the top notes lingers in the background. longevity is insane - its been maybe 20 hours and I can still smell it.

This is tropical paradise! Juicy mango with fresh papaya, the fragrance comes just in time for the summer. I brought it with me for a weekend getaway at a beach resort and it performed so well under the sun. This is truly sunshine in a bottle, with beast performance and projection. Delicious and photo realistic! What a wonderful gem!
LOVED the opening, but unfortunately it dried down to a more masculine musky “clean” scent on me, and unfortunately those types of fragrances aren’t my cup of tea. Try it on skin before you buy!
