The Refy Blur liner lip liner is more like a small lip crayon. It blurs well and can be used as a liner or a lipstick. It’s a light, creamy matte formula that stays in place and doesn’t feel like anything on the lips. It is so comfortable. It lasted for a few hours and then felt a little dry so after awhile I added refy clear lip gloss for some hydration.
