Awapuhi Conditioner for Hydration

The scent was OK, nothing to write home about. Nice, silky feel, but on my hair it left things a little too light and weightless. It rinsed clean and added hydration, but the finish felt airy instead of plush, which isn’t my favorite. Still a gentle, fresh smelling conditioner with great moisture, just lighter than I prefer.

I received this product for free from Paul Mitchell in exchange for my honest review. The Awapuhi Conditioner leaves my hair feeling soft, smooth, and moisturized without feeling heavy. It has a nice consistency, spreads easily through my hair, and rinses out well. My hair feels more manageable afterward and has a soft, conditioned feel without a lot of buildup.

This has undoubtedly become my favorite conditioner to use on a daily basis, especially when used alongside the coordinating Paul Mitchell Awapuhi Shampoo. The combination of these two products is literally a life-changing experience for people having problems with dry hair! The shampoo removes impurities in a non-stripping way, while this conditioner provides the right amount of hydration without being heavy. It gets absorbed into wet hair very quickly, detangling easily and leaving no residue. These two products together provide my hair with an amazing feeling of silkiness, elasticity, and shine. It also smells wonderful and stays all day long. If you are looking for a reliable hair regimen that gives hair healthy glow, this combination is definitely worth trying!

I received this conditioner from BzzAgent and Paul Mitchell as part of a three-step system with their Shampoo One and The Conditioner (a leave in product) in exchange for my honest review. Awapuhi Conditioner had a great, light scent of melon and cucumber. Unfortunately, in comparison to the amazing fragrance in their shampoo I’d just used, it was kind of a letdown. The product looked and felt a bit thin for a conditioner but was really easy to spread and comb through my hair and rinsed out quickly. My hair feels light, soft, and manageable. I do wish this conditioner had been a little more nourishing, as I’m not sure it would work well enough in drier seasons. I noticed that I am losing more hair in the shower than normal, especially when I comb this through. I cannot be certain since I am using a whole new system but suspect that this product is the cause. I will likely finish the bottle and would buy again next summer or if going somewhere humid for vacation. It is a good conditioner for the money.

Definitely will rebuy this product it leaves your hair clean and soft made with amazing ingredients that actually work and leave your hair feeling soft and nourished.

The Awapuhi Conditioner is hydrating, but I was surprised at the thinness of the conditioner. It goes on smoothly and helps hydrate and detangle. I felt the need to use the leave in conditioner with this to fully smooth and hydrate my hair.

Nice consistency with the shampoo. The scent doesn't really match the tropical with the shampoo. Hydration and shine.

This conditioner performs great and makes my hair feel so soft and look shinier. It also helps detangle. The only change I would make is a difference scent that compliments the shampoo better.
