Folligen Thickening Shampoo for Thinning Hair

This shampoo is great but not as great as the original in my opinion. This new version has a stronger scent and has a cooling sensation that was a little irritating for me. It still cleans well and has the same texture and feel but just not quite as good as the original.

I really like this shampoo! It cleans my scalp well without making my hair feel dry or stripped. My hair feels soft, fresh, and noticeably more voluminous at the roots after washing. I also love the light herbal-floral scent. With regular use, my hair looks fuller and healthier. Definitely a great option for fine or thinning hair!

I have naturally curly 2C/3A hair, so I’m picky about shampoos that add volume without leaving my curls dry or frizzy. This one cleans my scalp really well while still leaving my hair feeling soft, light, and easy to style. I especially like the fuller look it gives around my roots without weighing down my curl pattern. I also appreciate that it’s sulfate free and silicone free. It’s perfect for healthy looking volume, softness, and a clean scalp, and I’m really impressed so far.

This shampoo is soo nice good! I use it every week and I love how my hair looks and feels after using it - silky, shiny, weightless and smooth! I can definitely recommend this product to anyone with fine hair.

I was a bit skeptical first, but after some long-term use I think I’m starting to notice a difference. I’ve had less hair fall out and my ends are still hydrated which tends to not be the case when using these kinds of products. There’s added volume to my roots as well that lasts a couple of days. The smell is very clean which adds to the overall experience as well, and is definitely not too overpowering for those with sensitive noses. I think this shampoo definitely delivers more on the thickening side than some other shampoos in the market, it’s definitely worth a try!

It smells nice, but not strong, with a clean, soapy scent. It left my hair feeling clean and soft. It has a mild lather, feels lightweight, does not leave any residue after rinsing, and is a good size for the price. I didn't notice any thickening effects immediately, but I feel like this is something you probably have to use quite consistenly and long term before you notice any huge results. I have fine, wavy hair that tends to be weighed down by too much product even in shampoos, and this did not do that to my hair at all.

Let me just start with how great this product is on my husband’s hair. I originally wanted to try this out for myself until I realized its not pregnancy safe. So, of course my husband ended up becoming my guinea pig. This could be a hit or miss for some, but when the smell of the product definitely overpowers any body wash we use. If you dont like strong smells, I would not recommend. As a welder, my husband’s near shoulder length hair gets damaged pretty bad. But with this product, it has actually cleaned the grime off his hair and scalp without feeling like its stripping his hair and leaves it surprisingly soft. He gives it a thumbs up!
