Clear Brow Gel Flexible Medium-Hold Eyebrow Setter

I have been using this brow gel daily for years and have re-purchased many times. However, the last 2/3 I have purchased arrived with a completely different consistency that leaves a white, clumpy glue-like residue on the brows that flakes off throughout the day. It wasn't like this before, so I'm wondering if the formula was changed or if I got a bad/expired batch. Would have rated the product 5 stars otherwise! Will probably look around for a different brow gel due to my recent experiences.

Holds the brows ups for a bit then crusts off super weird

This is the best brow gel I have used in years. I have thinning brows and it makes them look fuller instantly. The hold is fantastic. It’s more of a strong hold in my opinion. Brows look laminated, darker and hold all day no problem. It washes off easily with face wash.

The worst brow gel I’ve ever used. It literally does nothing — it doesn’t hold or shape the hairs at all, not even a little. I definitely don’t recommend wasting your money on this. The brand should seriously consider reformulating it.

After a few hours, the gel started flaking. It looked gross and was difficult to wash off. Tried a few times and then right in the trash.

Have literally been using this brow gel religiously for years. Recently they changed their formula and unfortunately it is sticky, doesn’t last half as long, and applies terribly. Will have to find a new go to:(

It’s okay, but not anything better than you can get for 1/4 of the price from a drugstore. It’s not super strong but gets crunchy.

I’ve used this product for many years and always went back to it after trying something else. It never flaked or left crusties, it was thin, easy to use, separated my brows hairs and dried flawlessly. Unfortunately, the formula has changed - it’s now thick, sticky, and my brows often clump when shaping. Sadly I’ll have to find a new favorite.

Why do brands keep doing this with products that are perfect already? I’ve been using this product for years and the updated formula is terrible. Sticky, heavy, dries crusty on the brows. Bring the old formula back!
