Been purchasing this brush for YEARS and the last two brushes have just literally fallen apart after a couple weeks of use… I have no idea what is going on, but it’s like their glue is different that they use to hold it together
The old version of this brush was way better, but the spooley side came off after a while of use, so I purchased a new one and realized the new one is much lower quality and the angled brush is so thin and flat. The bristles don't feel the same and it can't pick up as much of the brow powder so it takes a really long time to fill in my brows that it does with the older version. The older angled brush was thicker and softer. Considering the cost of these brushes, its so frustrating how low the quality is.
I’ve been using this brush for soooo long but in the last 2 years each time I’ve bought this the tip falls off within the first month of using it. Why am I paying this much for something to break each time??
So I seem to be having the same problem as everyone the brush just fell off, this is really disappointing because $22 for something that is brand new and just broke. Shows you the poor quality of the product quality.
I opened the package and the brush broke off. So disappointed
I got this as a treat for myself last week and the brush head fell off and it looks like there was nothing holding on the head onto the shaft of the brush. I will be returning this and getting a different brand
I liked this brush when I first started using it but after a few months, the brushes both loosened and fall off. Sadly I would not recommend.
I have been using this brush this dip brow gate. I just bought another replacement after beating my last one up for a few years. Wow. I can’t believe how poor the quality is. The bristles are flimsy. You can’t make thin strokes anymore. I feel played. Not worth it.
