Zinc + Probiotics, 30 Capsules

I love this, apparently the probiotics are added for a great bioavailibility. I contains the least additive I have found here in zinc supplements which is very important to me. Plus I follow Dr Axe and agree with most of his health opinions so I do trust this brand. Zinc is best to be taken in the evening (it can help to support the adrenals for the evening and prepare them to rest), I take it 2 hours after dinner as it was suggested by my naturopath. It supports your immune system but it is also very important for men and reproductive functions and many more health benefits. Also when you supplement with zinc it is important to supplement with copper (at a different time) so that you have the correct ration of these two minerals.

All other Zinc I have tried has made me nauseous! This one didn’t! Really good product!

I only on occasion because I do supplement with a multivitamin containing zinc, but certain times of the year I need more. Excellent quality!
