Studies show Actazin is very helpful for constipation and this is the easiest way to get it. They taste great but I suffer severe constipation and also constipated from medical conditions and meds so it’s hard to say this is a miracle but adding it with many other measures is very beneficial
Some meds cause constipation, this addition to my regimen really helps. Probably good for blood pressure as well. Overall a very quality and good product.

The chewable tablets taste great and it does what it says on the label! Helps aid digestion and regularity. For me, it seems to cut down on bloating. I wish they did not use xylitol in this product. I have seen another version without xylitol and hope it will be available at I herb soon.
Tastes great but the effect is very soft. I would say too soft to adults, but it depends. Helped well with not heavy meals. Have no acidity troubles like with real kiwis can be but to my family was no visible effect on stool regulation (what real kiwi actually does as well).
