I'm so excited to share my honest review of this product with you! With a history of post-nasal drip and having tried many iHerb products, I gave these tablets a try and found they offered noticeable relief, even if not completely eliminating my symptoms. While it may not be a total cure, it certainly helped reduce discomfort. For those seeking some additional respiratory support, this is worth considering. And the pill is the right size. I had 5 months of rhinitis, sneezing constantly, every day, with no reprieve. I have bought 3 bottle , and yet its improve abit from the itchy throat by long covid . Looking forward to see the improvement . This is my 4th bottles by far, I have been stopped for a while after my recover from my last bad coughing period . But recently weather have changed and I got a cold and been coughing badly , can’t even stop coughing . So I think of it again ,reordered 4 bottle and after taking it for three days , 2 times a day . I actually stopped coughing. Highly recommend this product to those who suffer from long cough and bronchitis

This formula looks very good. I've sent it to my mom who has chronical bronchial problems. She gets better just in 3 weeks. I also have it in my house in case of cold and flu and co-vid too. I take 2 tablets a day for prophylactic and 4 tablets are recommended if any respiratory symptoms started. Tablets are big but I don't have any problem with swallowing.

High quality must have with known ingredients for lung health. One dosage per day, easy swallow size shows notable benefits within a week. Spring/summer are fire season where I live, and this helps immensely.

I'm diagnosed with ILD and Emphysema - I began this supplement a few years ago however since my diagnosis I've increased dosage to 2/day and it does seem to be a factor in reducing my very troublesome cough, which is a wonderful relief to me. I can recommend giving it a lengthy trial.

Great quality ingredients, does exactly what it says it will do. Took them after flying and didn't get sick.
