did not experienced it's antioxidant effect! liver, stomach, heart and skin health not improved!! maybe it is high in antioxidants, great for cell membrane nurturing, but i did not benefit any immune support, and skin, heart, cholesterol, digestive, liver health. Great for both internal and external use.
