I like to add this to my weekly face mask, alongside turmeric powder, honey, and yogurt. My skin is plump, hydrated, and my pores are reduced after wearing this for 30 minutes. I also add 1tsp of this powder to my daily smoothie. Moringa does have a strong flavour so I recommend adding it with citrus fruits, berries, and ginger to balance the taste. Moringa rich nutritional profile and antioxidant properties. It's packed with vitamins (A, B, C, D, and E), minerals (calcium, potassium, iron, etc.), and antioxidants.

This is a really good product, and you can tell that the quality is very good as its retained its natural green colour through the processing, if Moringa powder is brown it is no good, but this brand is reliable. I mix it with my other suppelements for anti-inflammatory effect, such as Vits, Querctin, Sprouted Pea Powder, and electrolytes, does the job, just a 1/4 of tsp has wonderful benefits, this is my first time trying this Brand, Im eager to try other items from this company too..... I love the simple, organic ingredient here. I don't remember to use this as often as I intend, but I know its health benefits and superfood status are well earned. I try to add at least a teaspoon to my daily diet; it's easy in a mint chip smoothie without ruining the taste (in my opinion). ;)

I like it. Doesn't have a dominant strong taste - I add it to my daily healthy shake with many other ingredients, so I don't notice the taste so much - which is a good thing. When I just tried it alone it's bitter - but that's normal. Good quality. Been using daily for months and so far all good.
